A holistic approach that empowers women through mind, body, and spirit connection. Ideal for women experiencing hormonal imbalances, menstrual issues, or looking to improve overall health and wellness. Includes: * Three 60-minute virtual coaching sessions * Hormonal health education and personalized support: Tailored guidance for balancing hormones, pre & Post Menopause support * Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for women’s health: Customized strategies to enhance wellness * Exercise Routine: Yoga & Strength Training Proper alignment * Email/phone support between sessions Cost: $425 for 3 sessions Length: 3 sessions, 60 minutes each Location: Virtual via Zoom Excludes: Medical treatments or diagnostic testing, Prescription medications

If you need to cancel or reschedule your health and wellness nurse session, email or text as soon as you know! Please review our policy below: * Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances. * Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty if done at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the session may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, except in extenuating circumstances. * No Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided at least 12 hours' notice, the session fee will be non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances. * Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
