If you need to cancel or reschedule your health and wellness nurse session, email or text as soon as you know! Please review our policy below: * Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances. * Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty if done at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the session may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, except in extenuating circumstances. * No Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided at least 12 hours' notice, the session fee will be non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances. * Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
